DataTrace has just announced our recent integration with Qualia’s Marketplace. Now, Qualia users are able to leverage the title products and services they know and trust into their existing workflows.

With this integration, users within Qualia Marketplace have direct and automated access to a robust set of DataTrace’s nationwide products and services, including Title Production Services (TPS) and TaxSource™. Users can obtain complete nationwide title searches including liens, judgments, deeds, mortgages, taxes, flood and wetlands – all without needing to leave the Qualia platform. This will enable them to serve their current clients more efficiently and with fewer errors, enhancing the customer experience they deliver.

With access to DataTrace’s robust set of data and solutions, Qualia users will be able to streamline order processing and production in their local markets and confidently scale operations to new regions.
