Two Owner Report

Provides vesting deed information for the current and prior vested owner and unreleased liens. 

This report verifies:

• Vesting deed information for the current and prior vested owners (both links are required to meet the full value deed with a concurrent institutional purchase money mortgage standard)
• Current year property tax information (where available)
• Unreleased mortgage(s) executed by prior and current vested owner(s)
• Supplemental instrument information associated with open mortgages
• Unreleased judgment docket(s) filed against the prior and current vested owner(s) that are not ruled out by statute
• Pertinent page copies of the recorded instruments

All Title reports include:

• System or county effective date of corresponding county
• Assessed property values for subject property (as provided by county records) where available
• Full (not abbreviated) typed legal description of the property in question
• Current tax information for subject property (as provided by county records) except where indicated
• Delinquent tax information for subject property (as provided by county records where available) expect where indicated
