  • Some still business as usual.
  • Some partially impacted (“limited access”).
  • Some closed.
    • Business as Usual: Will not be listed on the agency closure list and service currently expected to generally conform to standard service level expectations.
    • Limited Access (Partially Impacted)
      • Report will be completed with available data.
      • Missing information will be highlighted on your Report.
      • Please thoroughly review your Report to ensure you understand what may be missing.
      • Once Agency re-opens, fulfillment requests for outstanding data elements can be directed to our staff.
        • Please include your DataTrace Order Number, your Client File Number, and any pertinent information.
      • There is no additional charge for fulfillment once the information becomes available. However, additional charges may apply such as copies of certain documents that are not included in your standard Report.
      • Unfortunately, in these instances, there is no timetable for complete fulfillment at this time
    • Closed:
      • If the source agency is Closed and there is no available information to fulfill part or all of your Report, we will hold your order until the applicable agency opens.
      • We will process your work in the order in which it was received.
      • Unfortunately, in these instances, there is no timetable for complete fulfillment at this time.
    • If you decide you would like to cancel your order, you can do that by contacting our staff.

*** NY TAX:

  • Mostly, still business as usual, but there may be some delays.
  • Some partially impacted (“limited access”).
  • Some closed.
    • Business as Usual: Will not be listed on the agency closure list and service currently expected to generally conform to standard service level expectations.

      • We will complete what we can and we will note what we cannot provide.
      • Please thoroughly review your search to ensure you understand what may be missing.
      • If available, missing information will be provided with a Continuation order.
      • Unfortunately, there is no timetable for complete fulfillment at this time.
    • Closed:
      • If the source agency is Closed and there is no available information to fulfill part or all of your search, we will hold your order until the applicable agency opens.
      • Your order will be processed in the order in which it was received.
      • Unfortunately, in these instances, there is no timetable for complete fulfillment at this time.
    • If you decide you would like to cancel your order, you can do that by contacting our staff.

      • There is no additional service charge for fulfillment once the information becomes available, however pass through charges remain applicable.
      • Please reorder your search for updated information once municipality is reopened.
      • Unfortunately, in these instances, there is no timetable for complete fulfillment at this time.
    • Closed:
      • If the source agency is Closed and there is no available information to fulfill part or all of your search, we will hold your order until the applicable agency opens.
      • Once the agency is open, we will confirm with you if you still need the order processed.
      • If you wish your held order to be processed, your order will be processed in the order in which it was received.
      • Unfortunately, in these instances, there is no timetable for complete fulfillment at this time.
    • If you decide you would like to cancel your order you can do that by contacting our staff.

***NY STATE FILINGS

  • We are prohibited from presenting all Real Property filings of any type in all counties of NYS.
  • This includes non-essential filings, electronic and paper, effective immediately. The Order is dated: March 22, 2020.
  • Please discontinue sending filings until further notice.
  • If we receive a filing during this time, we will return it to your attention.
