The typed report includes CC&R details on the exception schedule, when found for the property in question.

• System or county effective date of corresponding county
• Assessed property values for subject property (as provided by county records) where available
• Full (not abbreviated) typed legal description of the property in question
• Current tax information for subject property (as provided by county records) except where indicated
